It was down to the wire with Adrian 12 points behind fellow competitor Neil Webster going into the final race on Sunday but Adrian never looked like faulting, scoring a superb 1st place finish in the final race and enough points to secure the Australian Nakedbike Championship title. “That feels incredible! I am speechless! To finish such a hard fought championship with a 1st place podium finish I am stoked,” Adrian said. “The Benelli TnT has been really strong all year long and I have really enjoyed riding it. This year the class has had such a high caliber of riders racing that to get this win makes it so much more rewarding. I would like to thank all the other riders for making me work so hard.” To celebrate this great victory Benelli Australia are offering for a limited time a free Alex Gobert's Road Race Performance Academy (RRPA) school with every Benelli motorcycle purchased before Dec 31 2008.
The RRPA program teaches essential techniques, to all skill levels, that will help many riding aspects including cornering, body position, braking, throttle control, shifting, vision and much more.
