DOMESTIC TRADE SECRETARY RESOLUTION ON DEADLINES PROVIDED FOR IN THE GUARANTEES. LAW 24,240

All consumers are informed that resolution 244/2020 establishes establishes that the terms established in the contractual and legal guarantees in the terms of Law No. 24,240 and its amendments are considered suspended for the entire period in which the consumers have been seen unable to exercise their rights by virtue of Social Isolation, Preventive and Mandatory issued by Decree No. 297 dated March 19 of 2020 and its amendments.
