Pesaro is once again preparing to welcome riders and enthusiasts from around the world for Benelli Week 2026, the annual gathering held in the city where the Benelli story began.

Taking place from September 14 to 20, the event is organized by Registro Storico Benelli and Motoclub Tonino Benelli, in collaboration with Benelli QJ, and is open to motorcycles of every brand and category.

A Tribute to Dorino Serafini

This year, Benelli Week celebrates the extraordinary story of Dorino Serafini, a true icon of Italian motorsport with deep ties to both Pesaro and Benelli.

Serafini joined Benelli as a young test rider before quickly proving his talent on the racetrack, competing alongside Tonino Benelli as part of the factory racing team. Throughout the 1930s he became one of the most prominent riders of his generation, racing at the highest level for Benelli and other major manufacturers. His career later extended beyond motorcycles into Formula 1 and the legendary Mille Miglia.

Seven days on the road

Throughout the week, participants will explore some of the most spectacular roads and landscapes of central Italy, with daily motorcycle tours departing from the Benelli Museum in Pesaro.

The programme combines mountain passes, historic villages, museums and roads closely linked to the history of the brand. Destinations include Bocca Trabaria and Passo della Serriola, Piticchio, Monte Fumaiolo, Monte Nerone, Sassotetto, Monte Carpegna and Urbino, with routes ranging from approximately 150 to 350 kilometres.

One of the most symbolic stages will take riders along the Strada delle Capute, historically known as the road used by Benelli test riders, before climbing towards Monte Nerone at 1,525 metres.
